Sydney’s Double Bay is experiencing a major revival right now. And Pink Salt has quickly become our go-to Double Bay dining destination since it unveiled its new look and menu recently. Fine dining has been replaced with relaxed and on-trend modern Australian fare-to-share and a strong focus on fresh local produce. Think slow roasted lamb shoulder, steamed broccolini with lemon olive oil and delicious salad combinations such as baby beetroot, chickpea and goat’s cheese and haloumi, kale, quinoa and pomegranate.
While we love Pink Salt’s culinary offerings from new Head Chef Mark Williamson we’re also equally impressed with Alex Zabotto-Bentley’s interior design direction. Especially, the hanging greenery of the atrium which fronts onto the street and is reminiscent of a lush Mediterranean garden. Perfect for leisurely weekend lunches spent soaking up some sunshine and people watching! And if you’re out celebrating this festive season you’ll also be happy to hear Pink Salt serves a delicious late night supper menu until 1.30am on Fridays and Saturdays. Cheers to that!
