Incase you missed it, just a couple of weeks ago, we took a look inside the fridge of lifestyle blogger, Kat Tanita (@kattanita) as part of our new #DishingWithSporteluxe series. What we loved most about Kat’s fridge is that it was full of greens and all the goodness of veggies, but she also a bottle of Moët in there—which is exactly what we’d hope to find.
Why? Because this series is all about keeping it real and getting on board with the fact that although we whole-heartedly embrace and encourage a healthy and active lifestyle, at the end of the day, we are all just human (yes, even your favourite IG influencers) and it is all about balance.
Here, the super fit and fab Rebecca Louise (@rebeccalouisefitness) invites us in for a little sneak peek of her kitchen and shares with us how her relationship with food has changed for the better over the years since struggling with disordered eating as a teen. Keep scrolling to see what you’ll find (Hint: everything you’d expect from a fitness blogger!) and be sure to check in to our IG page @sporteluxe for some exclusive video footage from Rebecca.
I never used to eat breakfast because I didn’t think it was important and would try to eat less throughout the day. Five ago someone introduced me to a Herbalife24 breakfast shake and it was a game changer. For the first time I was being healthy, had energy and it tasted amazing. I have continued to do this!
Oh wow, I did get sent this moon dust—I think that’s what it was called. It is meant to be an energy booster and even one to boost sex, it tasted terrible though!
Thats easy. Chocolate, shakes and strawberries!
I am very open and honest with what I do, never done a crazy diet or restricted my body from anything in the last five years. Just healthy, balanced meals. When I was 17, I struggled with an eating disorder and tried to live off seeds. I weighed just 86lbs, I was not happy, strong or confident. Unfortunately I did not know the damage that I was doing to my body at the time. Grateful I am healthy and fit now!
Sweet potato—I am a complex person just like this complex carb, yet super soft in the inside.
I always have my Chai Tea on standby because it gives me lots of energy. Great way to start the day and awesome afternoon pick-me-up!
Cadburys Dairy Milk Chocolate. I can eat this all day!
Celery and almond butter.
Water jug that needs the filter changing!
