This double choc mint treat is far healthier (and we’d even say more fun) than a bottle of wine to share with a friend on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Just think liquid after-dinner mints with a seriously healthy vegan twist…
Vegan Double Choc Mint Thick Shake
SERVES 1(gluten free, dairy free, vegan)
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoon of cacao
1 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder (optional)
2 cups coconut or almond milk
2 drops natural peppermint extract
2 medjool dates or 1 tablespoon maple syrup
WHAT TO DO:
- Throw all of the ingredients into a high speed blender, then blend until you a get a thick, creamy consistency.
- Pour into two glass jars, then get ready to be whisked away to chocolate treat heaven!
