Run Melbourne and The Real Food Revolution tour

This week in Wellness Watch we’re signing up to Run Melbourne and Park 2 Park in Ipswich and getting tickets to The Real Food Revolution tour.

The Park 2 Park Challenge  is taking place in Ipswich on 27 July and offers events for every fitness level. Tackle the half marathon, 10km run or 5km run. Running not your thing? Try the 5km walk or family challenge for a great introduction into the fun run experience.

Melbourne-based runners won’t want to miss the Run Melbourne challenge on 27 July. There are events for all ages and running levels, so enter the 5km run/walk, 10km run or Brooks half-marathon. There’s even a 3km kids event. The perfect opportunity to challengeyour fitness, raise money for charity and take in the beauty of Melbourne’s CBD.
