Jess Ainscough’s Wellness Warrior smoothie is packed with superfoods and seriously delish!

RECIPE:

A handful of kale leaves (removed from stalk)

A handful of Cos lettuce

1/2 cucumber

1 frozen banana

1 cup coconut water

1 tsp spirulina

1 tsp bee pollen

1 tsp maca

1 tsp hemp seeds

Blend and serve for a healthy hit of pure goodness.
