Sunrise yoga on the beach is possibly one of the most beautiful places to practice morning yoga. Being grounded to the earth, feeling the sand beneath your feet, feeling alive and being there for that moment when those warm suns rays delicately reach out to touch you from the back of the ocean. This is my time and where I like to just be by myself.
Making time for yourself is so important for your health and wellbeing. Not only does it ground you but it clears your mind, calms the body, gives you the chance to pause and forget about your everyday life and enables you make time for just YOU in this short but special moment.
Breathe in the salty air, close down your eyes, listen to the sound of the ocean and feel the waves lapse at your feet. These moments are priceless and worth so much to your health and wellbeing. It’s never to late to begin!
