It’s no secret we’re already super excited about Sydney’s first ever NTC Tour in May. Over the next eight weeks Team Sporteluxe will be preparing for NTC Tour Sydney by training with Nike master trainer Greg Sellar and sharing our training diaries. Here’s what happened when Chloe, Bianca and I got our sweat on with Greg’s modified Nike+ Training Club workout this morning!
“This morning I woke up at an unacceptably early time to prep myself for what I knew would be an INTENSE first training session in the lead up to NTC Tour in May. Nike master trainer Greg Sellar will be giving us a personalised training plan in the lead up to NTC Tour and I’m so excited to start seeing results! The session involved some toning, strength and fat loss exercises that left us in sweaty piles on the grass afterwards! Think non-stop lunges, pushups, high kicks, mountain climbers… I feel like a million bucks now, but at the time I thought I was dying!”

“It was a sweaty and gruelling first session and honestly I didn’t expect it to be that tough. But that just shows where I am at with my level training and has made me really look forward to the next eight weeks. Toned and lean, here I come!”
“If you read my tribute to Jess Ainscough yesterday you might have guessed that the last few days have been some of the most challenging of my life. And it’s funny how physically draining emotional stress can be. So I wasn’t sure how I’d go in our first NTC Tour training session this morning. However, Greg’s workout proved exactly what I needed. It might sound strange but challenging myself with the combination cardio and strength drills proved to be an almost cathartic experience. Sweating it out was a great mental release and gave me a much-needed hit of endorphins. Bring on the coming weeks – I’m totally keen to take on the NTC Tour challenge!”
