And the only thing possibly better than SUP and yoga individually is fusing them together to create a workout that combines the best of both. We’ve rounded up some of the top spots for SUP Yoga and SUP Pilates to get you toned and balanced at the same time!
Workout on Water, Rose Bay NSW
Locations don’t get much more beautiful than Rose Bay. Lessons are with Charlotte Piho who has been dubbed the ‘Queen of SUP Yoga’ so it’s sure to be an amazing workout.
When: Monday to Friday – 8.30am and 9.30am
Saturday and Sunday – 8.30am, 9.30am and 10.30am
Cost: $50 for one lesson. $150 for four lessons or $250 for ten lessons. Private Lessons $100 per person or four people for $300.
Stand Up Paddle, St Kilda VIC
Paddle out into the St Kilda waters before going through some gentle yoga sequences to calm your body and mind. They will take you through a number of different ways to meditate to leave you feeling rejuvenated and at peace with yourself and the world!

Pro Paddle, Mackay QLD
ProPaddle in Queensland think SUP Pilates is an exciting yet tranquill way to train and agree! They have just added a brand new Ladies Only class that combines SUP Pilates and fitness and makes an excellent addition to any training regime!
When: SUP Pilates/SUP Fitness runs every Saturday morning 7am-8am at the Marina, just in front of the Yacht club.
Cost: ProPaddle customer with own board $15. Non-customer one hour class $20 with own board or $35 without board
Cosmic Yoga Studio, West Lakes SA
Based in Adelaide, the Cosmic Yoga Studio hope to inspire as many people as possible onto ‘the mat’ and have now extended their repertoire to include SUP Yoga! Their summer schedule runs in four week blocks or casual drop in classes so there’s something for everyone.
