The homemade vanilla ball recipe you’ve been waiting for!

Protein balls are our go-to snacks mid morning, post workout or even to beat those 3pm cravings! These raw, vegan, vanilla health balls from Rawspirations will tick all these boxes to satisfy your stomach when it needs it most.

1 cup blanched almonds or almond meal
1-cup raw macadamias
1 cup shredded coconut
2 cups desiccated coconut
6 medjool dates
1-2 tbs coconut oil (start with one, add extra if needed)
few drops vanilla extract
pinch Himalayan crystal salt


  1. Throw all ingredients into a food processor except the desiccated coconut and process until it all sticks together.
  2. Place desiccated coconut in a bowl.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and roll in the desiccated coconut and enjoy!
  4. Keeps for 2 weeks in an airtight container refrigerated.
