Clean Green Goddess Dressing

Yields 1 cup
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 large avocado, pitted, peeled, and halved
2 scallions finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high. Store the dressing in a resealable glass jar, in the fridge, for up to two weeks.
