The Grid

Would you believe us if we told you it was possible to burn up to 500 calories in 30 minutes? Well, listen up because we’ve got the lowdown on a great new workout that will get your heart pumping and muscles working to improve your fitness, burn calories and get you well on your way to achieving all your fitness goals ASAP!

The Grid is Virgin Active’s newest (and toughest) fitness class yet. Based on the concept of functional fitness and built using the six primal movements your body was built to perform, this class will have you pushing, pulling, squatting, lunging, bending and twisting your way to perfection! This type of training will push you to your limits.

There are four types of classes to choose from, each with a different specific fitness goal in mind. Grid Lean, will strip fat and burn calories to get you lean and mean in no time. Grid Strong uses a variety of equipment to tone and strengthen your muscles. Grid Active uses mostly body weight for resistance and to help you increase your range of movement. If a competitive edge helps you be your best (and then beat your best!) Grid Fit is the class for you.
