Papaya smoothie, ginger

Boost your digestion and get a clean protein hit at the same time with this zingy papaya and ginger protein smoothie.

Sculpt Supernaturals Papaya Ginger Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh papaya (paw paw), diced

Half a thumb size piece of fresh ginger, peeled & chopped

200ml cold water or coconut water

1 rounded scoop Sculpt Supernaturals Superfruits + Pomegranate Protein powder

Good squeeze of lemon juice

Leaves from a sprig of mint

Method

1 Add papaya, ginger, water and Sculpt to your blender and process until smooth.
2 Then add the lemon juice and fresh mint and blend for 10 seconds. Serve.
