Morning sex, afternoon delight, or an evening romp, call it what you may, they all have their benefits, but time it with your workout and you might just be boosting those pheromones and muscle-building in one fell swoop. And here’s why:
After your workout, your hormones are likely at their peak. You’ve gained energy and that runner’s high is there to make it all the more powerful. So why not head to the bedroom and get some intimate time with your significant other to take advantage of those raging hormones?
