It’s crunch time.
The next few weeks are bound to be jam packed with everything from gift shopping to house-decorating—and unfortunately, work commitments and social responsibilities only seem to intensify in the days leading up to the end of the year.
Truly, there’s barely enough time to get everything done, and something’s bound to fall to the wayside, and it’s completely understandable if you don’t get to your favorite weeknight workout classes or if you need to cut your Saturday long run a little short in order to hit the mall before the crowds.
