Productivity, wellness, and women, that’s what the Wing, and its newest Dumbo location, is all about.
The co-working and community space has just opened its first Brooklyn location (it has another location in Soho and the original in Flatiron), and it’s already attracting wait list of health- and work-conscious ladies into their space, or coven, as its come to be affectionately known.
The high ceilings and millennial pink floors are a nice decorative touch, but its the community they cater to that’s the real draw. The space also includes a cafe, a library of women-focused literature (in color-coordinated bookshelves), images of successful women, and a dedicated lactation space for new moms.
A special and brand new podcast room also allows for all aspiring recoding ladies to pursue their creative pursuits. Get to recording, ladies!
More than that, the wellness space in the new Dumbo location includes a barre studio, as well as MNDFL meditation-ready pillows.
The all-female-led company also produces their own magazine (which publishes twice every year), No Man’s Land, and is “for women with something to say and nothing to prove.”
But while the Wing’s location all features spaces for networking, conversation, and productivity, the Dumbo coven has its very own store so you can stock up on “Thirsty as fuck” water bottles, magazines, clothes, notebooks, stationary, pens, and more. Basically, everything you need to get sh*t done.
Apart from admission into the space and a place to work, membership also includes serious discounts on some amazing #swag, including admission into the Metropolitan Museum of Art, access to the New York Times, and cool-girl favorite Glossier.
