Participants can now customise their day by choosing which workouts they would like to do for the ultimate daylong fitness challenge. There are four workout options, each containing three 30 minute programmed workouts and a 30 minute rest period over the three hours. They are all designed to test fitness limits and are led by local Nike Master Trainer, Kirsty Godso. With workouts ranging from boxing, high intensity circuits, H.I.T., spin to Pilates, there is sure to be one that suits your fitness goal!
