With summer fast approaching in the Southern Hemisphere, we’ve been keeping an eye out for the latest sporty-chic swimwear and we have to confess that we’re crushing over Rip Curl’s 2016 campaign, ‘My Bikini. Renowned for functional surf wear, Rip Curl have stepped up their fashion game this year to create supportive bikini’s and one pieces with beautiful designs.

Shot in the tropical landscape of Samoa, on beach babes, Gabriella Brooks and Gigi Midgley, and pro-surfer come model, Alana Blanchard, Rip Curl’s latest campaign has got us dreaming of sun, sand and waves…and we’re even contemplating taking up the sport!

Here at Sporteluxe HQ we tend to be the girls on the SUP boards and surfboards rather than lounging on the sand, which is why we love this new collection. With five versatile themes featuring diverse fits and styles, the range is extensive and has a little bit of something for everyone. Think vibrant colours, flirty details, palm fronds, tribal prints, and mesh detailing. This range also boasts high performance fabrics that are durable to the elements, so you don’t have to worry about any embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions!

So whether you’re busted, booty-licious or somewhere in between, Rip Curl has you covered (a little less so in the cheeky pant).

We can’t go past the Palm Island Tri bikini, Mirage Colour Block Halter and Solstice One Piece.
