Successful actress, humanitarian and soon-to-be royal Meghan Markle has captured the heart of Prince Harry and now has the world watching her every move. And while we’re slowly learning about their fairy tale romance, we’re also getting to know the future Duchess—and getting the details on her seriously impressive fitness routine.
The star, whose mum is a yoga teacher, recently spoke with Women’s Health UK and dished on the one workout that really helped to transform her body: the Pilates-based Megaformer.“Pilates Platinum is hands down the best thing you could do for your body,” she says of Heather Dorak’s Los Angeles-based studio workout. “There are so many workouts that you try out once and never go back to; Heather’s studio is the complete opposite.”
“You keep coming back for several reasons: first off, your body changes immediately… give it two classes and you will see a difference,” she goes on. “Second, Heather is amazing-as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way; lastly, the people in class are cool, unpretentious, and motivating… and that is a testament to Heather’s energy.”
A combination of strength, endurance, core, cardio, flexibility and balance, the workout mixes high-intensity moves with low-impact training, and was designed by Lagree Fitness Method founder Sebastien Lagree, based on the calorie-torching Pilates reformer machine.

“My health, my state of mind, the feeling you have after a workout; all of this things drive me to step onto my mat or go to the gym,” she also told the magazine. “Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely dreadful, but I always remind myself of how good it will feel afterward. Euphoric, almost!”
And girl, it is showing.
