Here at Sporteluxe HQ we’re all about healthy indulgences. So when we heard about Hippie Lane, an organic, vegan treat company who love to create clean versions of some of our old favourites, we had to share the news!
Hippie Lane is the brainchild of Taline Gabrielian.
“I was already a pretty healthy eater so I didn’t have to make major adjustments to my main meals but I found that when I craved something sweet, there were very limited options,” says Taline.
Taline is no stranger to healthy food and overall wellbeing. “I take a balanced approach when it comes to diet,” says Taline. I’m not strict and predominately eat lots of veggies, minimal gluten free grains such as buckwheat, plenty of fresh fruit as well as nuts and good quality animal protein.” She is an advocate of conscious eating and believes she has a responsibility to nourish her children so they have every opportunity to grow and develop to their full potential. We agree!
Taline began experimenting at home making treats proved popular with her family and friends. She then started to supply some of her creations to a cafe in Sydney and share photos of them on Instagram and her business grew from there! Her healthy treats have just become available in Sydney’s North Share at Dose Espresso and Ritual Coffee Traders.
If you fancy making some of these tasty creations at home, some of Taline’s delicious recipes can be found on her website including her recipe for Lush Coconut Berry Ice Pops, Triple Layer Chocolate Peanut Butter Slide and her Tangy Lime Tart. All of which are vegan, free from refined sugar and gluten and super quick to prepare! Hippie Lane will also soon be launching an app too both iPhone and Android.
